Greg and Amy Wurst started C-TEC in 1995 in York, NE.  Greg had 13 years of field experience, while Amy had business experience. The company steadily grew and a team of core workers became the backbone of C-TEC Construction.

Greg Wurst’s innovative ability to see structures soon allowed him to become a leader in the industry.  His mentor model of personally working along side the crews through the years to the present has developed many leaders in our industry.

In 2012 C-TEC was expanded to provide a family of service companies  to serve our clients.  Batterton Waterproofing was added to offer their specialized Roofing and Waterproofing Services while C-TEC continued to specialize in concrete repair.

In 2014 C-TEC Mechanical was started with Mark Baird as the Chief Operating Officer.  Mark’s 30 years experience in the Millwright repair business, equipment installations, and new facility build-outs provide a dimension of expertise that is bar none.  From the start Mark insisted on only experienced and qualified millwrights to provide a level of quality expected from a C-TEC company.

In 2017 Greg worked with his team to develop a new innovative Silo Corner Cleaning Whip.  The bin whip is able to clean out bin corners that other companies can’t reach.  This revolutionary new design of the bin whip changed silo cleaning.

Greg’s innovation and ability to “think outside the box” is a major part of of our success“. Amy Wurst

In 2018 C-TEC AG started offering a specialized Soil Stabilization/Concrete Lifting division providing a new “DeepJection” of foam to stabilize unstable soils, lift concrete foundations, and many other sub surface applications.  This service will benefit our clients needs and can provide the solutions customers need.
