Responsibilities
Must provide nursing care for and develop rapport with aged residents with a genuine interest in nursing and a desire to attend the frail elderly. RN's and LPN"s are responsible for providing leadership to Medication Aides and Resident Assistants.Qualifications
Position requires graduation from an accredited school of nursing and holding a current license in the State of NE. Must have patience and diplomacy in dealing with residents, families and fellow employees. Must be alert and trained to recognize changes in conditions of residents. Must have good organizational skills and demonstrate good judgment.York General
