York General Hospital has an opening for a full-time Certified Surgery Technician in our Surgical Department. The schedule for the position would be Monday-Friday, plus an on call rotation. A $3000 Sign-on Bonus available for qualified candidates. Responsibilities
Must have a thorough understanding of each proposed surgical procedure for patients of all ages and maintain careful observation and anticipation of each step in the operation while maintaining aseptic technique of the sterile field throughout the operation.Qualifications
Applicants must be licensed or certified in the state of Nebraska, certification in BLS and requires ACLS & PALS within 6 months. Prior experience in a Surgical Department is desirable but not required.York General
