Responsibilities
This position is responsible for assessing patients presenting to the Emergency Department. They are responsible for assessing and evaluating patient's responses to health problems, identifying nursing care needs, providing nursing intervention, evaluating patient's responses to nursing interventions. This position also directs and supervises the ED Admissions Registrar, and the Paramedic/LPN-C working in the ED.Qualifications
The incumbent must have graduated from an accredited professional nursing program and be a licensed RN in the state of Nebraska. Certification in BLS, ACLS, TNCC and PALS is required.York General
