Business Spotlight: York Boot 'N' Repair

Since 1999, when Randy and Tammy Obermier purchased the former Rapid Shoe Repair in York, NE York Boot N Repair Inc was born. From the beginning they have inventoried work boots. Double H and Carolina have been the staple of their trade with the addition of Golden Retriever and Skechers Work in later years to offer their customers more variety.

In 2005 Randy passed an ABC (American Board for Certification) exam giving him a certification in Pedorthics. Starting in 2006, York Boot N Repair Inc added Custom Orthotics and a line of PW Minor footwear to help the customers in the surrounding area. Since then they  have added Brooks, Dr Comfort and Skechers footwear.

York Boot is a full-service leather repair store. Saddles, zippers, shoes, boots, Birkenstocks to mention a few. They also build custom orthotics and help many people with their foot pathologies. If there is anything, they can do for you, stop by or give them a call.
