City of York’s 34-acre Industrial Site Comprehensive & Due Diligence Plan Complete

York County Development Corporation (YCDC) and the City of York is pleased to announce the completion of the Comprehensive Diligence Report for the City of York’s 34-acre Industrial Site. Olsson Associates performed a property assessment and due diligence research of the “York City Site” located south of 25th Street and west of Division Avenue in York, Nebraska. The purpose of the assessment was to review existing property features, identify existing transportation and utility infrastructure, and to analyze the property’s readiness and limitations for industrial development, as well as to create Master Plans for the site and to identify the appropriate targets for the site and community. Lisa Hurley, YCDC Executive Director is pleased with the team effort approach of YCDC, the City of York, and all our utility partners in working with Olsson Associates to complete the plan.
