Come join the YCDC team as Development Coordinator. The Development Coordinator’s responsibilities include the planning and implementation of housing and workforce/talent strategies. Performs a wide variety of tasks directly related to the planning, development and advocacy of affordable housing projects and workforce development/recruitment. This position is characterized by a high degree of initiative, responsibility, accountability and ability to work congenially with a wide variety of individuals, community-based organizations, businesses and governmental entities. Key roles in this position will be to build capacity and facilitate accelerated expansion of new housing; to continue upgrading overall quality of existing housing stock; and to build workforce capacity.
