Growing office seeking administrative assistant. This position will provide support to the office manager in daily tasks. These tasks would include (but not be limited to) inventory control, production paperwork, customer service, invoicing, export documents and general office duties. This position would also require working with management and staff to schedule orders and provide information to customers regarding their accounts. Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be customer oriented and have great attention to detail. Must be proficient in Microsoft applications, 10-key applications and have the ability to learn new computer software. Good understanding of production flow and ability to apply that knowledge to invoicing and accounts.
