Host/Cashier

Responsibilities

 Greet guests as they enter the restaurant in a friendly and welcoming manner.  Assign guests to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation so that servers receive an appropriate number of seating.  Provide guests with menus and answer any initial questions they may have.  Maintain knowledge of the menu and restaurant items, with the ability to make suggestions.  Engage with guests to ensure they’re happy with food and service.  Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries or transfer calls.  Operate cash register to process payments for food and beverages when needed.  All other duties as assigned.
