Dishwasher

Responsibilities

 Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas and wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.  Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils available for use, especially during peak hours.  Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.  Stock supplies, such as food, utensils and cookware, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.  Sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled.  Remove trash regularly and clean garbage cans.  Assist with unloading and storing deliveries and supplies when necessary.  Support other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed.  All other duties as assigned.
