Dishwasher
Responsibilities
Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas and wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand. Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils available for use, especially during peak hours. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition. Stock supplies, such as food, utensils and cookware, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars. Sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled. Remove trash regularly and clean garbage cans. Assist with unloading and storing deliveries and supplies when necessary. Support other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed. All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Work experience as a Dishwasher or other restaurant position a plus. Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed. Attention to detail and sanitation rules. Great time management and organizational skills.
