Performance Improvement/Educational/Safety-Risk Coordinator

Responsibilities

Henderson Health Care Services, Inc., a progressive, rural healthcare facility, is seeking a full-time Performance Improvement/Educational/Safety-Risk Management Coordinator. This position is divided into three main roles. The Performance Improvement Coordinator is responsible for providing strategic performance improvement, knowledge and application of PI processes and tools to improve the health outcomes of patients and residents, increase quality of care services and improve organizational performance. The Education Coordinator is responsible for developing, presenting and evaluating clinical training and education programs, including nursing education. The Safety-Risk Management Coordinator manages and oversees all facility safety management programs in order to maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff.
