A background in construction trades and project management would be very helpful but the real strength needs to be in team building and production management.
In this role you will be responsible for leading the fulfillment side of the business. This includes product inventory management, install scheduling, install team growth strategy, and quality and budget control.
Necessary experience in building and recruiting teams in the construction or production space. Also need experience in high level customer service, scheduling, and issue resolution. A third area of expertise is inventory management.
