Klute Inc. is looking for a full-time Business Relationship Manager to join our team in York, NE.
THE BASICS Pay: This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 to $120,000/year.
Schedule: Your workweek will be Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance to keep our team motivated and productive.

Responsibilities
YOUR DAY AS A BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER:
We are seeking a results-oriented Business Relationship Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in building and maintaining customer relationships.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to identify and secure new business opportunities, while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing customers and manufacturer representatives.
This role requires travel to various locations, where you will represent the company at trade shows, community events, and other industry-related gatherings while also managing all aspects of customer relationships to build long-term partnerships.
Additionally, you will work closely with manufacturer representatives to expand market reach.
Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activity, you will recommend optimal pricing strategies and collaborate with the marketing team to drive sales through brand awareness and lead generation initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years of relevant experience, particularly in managing and working with manufacturers' reps
Ability to present business and technical information effectively to customers
Exceptional communication skills and a passion for working within a close-knit team
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Previous experience in the structural steel or electric utility industry is a plus.
