Responsibilities
Facilitate estimates for the No Surprises Act and Good Faith Estimates to ensure patients understand potential costs.
Assist with collections on various accounts, including legal, agency, bank loans, and other outstanding balances, working with patients to set up payment plans as needed.
Collaborate with clinical departments and external providers to gather information required for price estimates.
Support collection activities for delinquent accounts.
Help with charity application processing, including preparation of bank loans and legal documents.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once with strong attention to detail
Strong math skills and clear communication abilities, both written and verbal, are essential Preference given to candidates with experience in 501(R) collection practices, healthcare data entry, and/or Price Transparency guidelines
