Work just two or three 8-hour shifts a week (Monday - Friday), with hours from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

Empowering Patients: 

Supervise and care for patients in both Phase I and Phase II of Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab, guiding them toward full recovery. 

Patient Education: 

Design and deliver personalized education programs that inspire patients to adopt healthier habits and lifestyles. 

High-Impact Testing & Monitoring: 

Help schedule and assist with stress tests, cardiac nuclear stress tests, Holter monitor applications, and event monitor scanning—critical tools in our patients’ journeys to recovery! 

Attention to Detail: 

Complete chart audits and ensure patient records are accurate, signed, and up to date. 

Ongoing Support: 

Follow up with patients post-discharge from Phase II, ensuring their progress and continuing recovery. 

Collaborative Care: 

Communicate across all phases of Cardio-Pulmonary Rehab to provide seamless, top-quality care for each patient.

Qualifications

Your Credentials: 

You must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Nebraska with graduation from an accredited nursing program. 

Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications are a must! 

Expert Knowledge: 

Strong understanding of arrhythmia interpretation and cardio-pulmonary risk factors. 

Passion & Enthusiasm: 

A deep commitment to cardiac and respiratory care and promoting healthy lifestyles through patient education and support. 

Team Player: 

You’ll need excellent communication skills, the ability to stay organized, and a passion for working collaboratively with others.
