Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee Child Care operations in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
Lead and inspire your team: recruit, train, schedule, and mentor Child Care staff.
Serve as the main point of contact for Child Care families—manage scheduling, enrollment, and family communications.
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate programming that supports early childhood development.
Manage accurate billing and maintain clear, timely documentation.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and organizational skills
A deep understanding of child development and a passion for early education
Ability to collaborate with families, staff, organizational departments, and state agencies
Education Requirement: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
