Responsibilities
Prepare and submit third-party insurance claims accurately and on time.
Handle patient and payer billing inquiries.
Follow up on unpaid or problematic claims, including denied claims.
Record insurance and patient payment information.
Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility.
Qualifications
Ability to work fully on-site in York, Nebraska
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of relevant work experience
At least 6 months of experience in a medical billing office or similar setting
