Payoff and Reinstatement Clerk

Responsibilities

Summary of Position:    
Payoff and Reinstatement Clerk will assist with processing financial figures from the client, and work with the client and borrowers regarding the request for figures to allow them to cure any outstanding defaults or pay off their debt.

Description of Duties:    
• Assist with borrower/authorized third party calls requesting updated financial figures (payoff and reinstatement figures to cure any outstanding default on debt)
• Utilize several client systems to request updated financials and track progress of processing figures and providing to requestor
• Processing financial figures in internal Case Management system
• Drafting reinstatement and payoff letters to requestors with updated financial figures
