Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to residents including but not limited to the administration of medications and treatments, collecting information, reporting and documenting that information within your scope of practice. Monitor and identify changes in conditions of residents with respect to medical condition, physical symptoms, behaviors, psycho-social needs, and moods. Report accidents, incidents, and unusual occurrences to supervisor. Document as appropriate. Document and communicate professionally, thoroughly, timely, precisely and appropriately. Notify appropriate parties as indicated.
