Float Pool RN

Responsibilities

York General Hospital has a full-time Float Pool RN position available. This position is responsible for assessing and evaluating patient’s responses to health problems, identifying nursing care needs, planning and providing nursing interventions, evaluating patient responses to nursing interventions and revising the plan of care accordingly in various acute care nurse settings. This positions will also direct and supervise LPN’s and Nursing Assistants who assist with patient care.
