Public Works Director

Qualifications

The City of York seeks a dynamic leader to direct the Public Works Department including the divisions of water, wastewater, streets, landfill, airport and parks for the city of York. This position also oversees building, zoning and flood plain regulations.

Requires possession of or ability to obtain, street superintendent and responsible charge certifications. Prefer progressive public works experience and responsibilities in municipal engineering or public works management and experience in an administrative supervisory capacity. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
