Responsibilities
This position provides direct patient care in the Labor/Delivery setting. Responsible for assessement and planning for individualized patient care. Communicates with physicians about changes in patient's clinical condition including: fetal monotoring and results of diagnostic studies. Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Performs general nursing duties in all areas of the OB Department. This position also directs and supervises Nursing Assistants who assist with patient care.Qualifications
The incumbent must have graduated from an accredited professional nursing program and be licensed as an RN in the state of Nebraska. Certification in BLS, ACLS, NRP is required.York General
