An Associates or Bachelors degree is required in Human Resources or related field. Human Resources certification through the HRCI or SHRM is preferred. Five to eight years of prior experience in a related role is required. A top performer in this position will have a passion for providing excellent customer service with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with others through teamwork, verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and flexibility. Must have strong critical thinking skills and problem solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities while adapting to change. Proficiency at an intermediate level in the following software applications: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Publisher. Preference for experience with payroll systems and HRIS. Must possess proven ability to demonstrate integrity, attention to detail, confidentiality, self-initiative, reliability, and effective time management skills.
The candidate selected for this position will be both dynamic and an organization guru! Responsibilities include administrative specialist duties and communication while managing multiple priorities and collaborating with others. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, compliance activities, benefit administration, document management, obtaining, and recording data; and intermittent employee needs. Must be friendly, accurate, timely, and efficient.
