Responsibilities

A day in the life of our Recruitment Specialist. Working as our recruitment specialist each day will look a little different here at our facility in York. The position is a mix of recruiting, on boarding and community relations. You will build relationships in the community, with local schools and community colleges. You'll also develop relationships internally working with our president and management staff to determine hiring needs. Almost every day you will have the opportunity to use your friendly personality to search out potential employees. Don't worry, we have tools for you to use such as Indeed for employers, and ways to manage the process with our applicant tracking system. You will build relationships with candidates, from managing the interview process to welcoming them in the door first day of work. As the Recruitment Specialist you will also work with our amazing team and marketing agency to meet recruitment goals using platforms such as Facebook, television, radio and more. We are investing in finding great staff members to join a solid team and we will give you the tools to do it!
