Maintenance Director

Responsibilities
The Maintenance Director will oversee, manage, and perform a variety of routine and more complex building and maintenance tasks involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and other skills. Performs snow removal, grounds maintenance and both emergency and non-emergency repairs. Work independently to satisfy the request of elected officials. Responsible for department budget.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Six months to one-year of related experience or training. Professional certification preferred.
