Billie's Grilled Cheese is a Specialty Grilled Cheese food trailer that travels Nebraska and the Midwest using Jisa's Nebraska-made cheese to serve a childhood staple sandwich to adults and children alike and doing it with a smile while having fun. We travel to local community events, county fairs, business events, birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, graduations, or any other public or private event.
