York Regional Workforce Development Center: A Vision for Regional Growth and Opportunity

York Public Schools, Southeast Community College (SCC), and the York County Development Corporation are proud to present a shared vision for a Regional Learning Center/Workforce Development Center designed to meet the growing demands of our regional economy while creating life-changing opportunities for students, employees, and employers. This innovative facility will be a hub for career and technical education in the areas of advanced manufacturing, fabrication, automation, and health care.

By bringing together public education, higher education, economic development, and industry, this Center will serve as a cornerstone of workforce innovation—providing hands-on training, certification programs, and skill development for both high school students and adult learners, including incumbent workers seeking to upskill or reskill for high-demand careers.
