City of York TIF Resources
The City of York works with businesses who need gap financing from Tax Increment Financing (TIF) in eligble areas to expand, locate or relocate.

City of York PACE (Property Accessed Clean Energy) Resources
On November 3rd, 2022 the York City Council approved the creation of a PACE district for the City of York. The district encompasses the entire city of York. The York PACE program uses only third-party financing. The link provides the documents and guidance for the program.
