The York County Development Corporation (YCDC) is making it easier for residents to find new jobs in 2025. Whether you are ready to change careers or take the next step within your industry, the New Year, New Career event can help you.
Here’s how it works: stop by one of eight locations around York County and pick up a career packet with dozens of job listings. You can also download the packet here to review the listings virtually. Each job listing has information about the company, a description of the open position, and contact information to apply.
“Hiring is all about pairing qualified candidates with companies where they can thrive,” says Lisa Hurley, Executive Director at YCDC. “Sharing these job listings can help companies fill positions while securing bright futures for the new employees.”

Find Your Nearest Career Packet Pickup Location
The easiest way to access the New Year, New Career packets is to view them online (they can be downloaded to any desktop, tablet, or mobile device), you can also pick up physical packets to review. Printed packets make it easy to set aside relevant jobs that you want to apply for. You can find the New Year, New Career packets at these locations:
