Responsibilities
PRIMARY PURPOSE AND FUNCTION CNC PROGRAMMER To draw dxf files for use in our plate processing machine, flat laser, tube laser and plasma tables. Programmer will also have responsibility to help nest plate for the machines. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES CNC PROGRAMMER Responsible for drawing plates using Autocad Mechanical matching customer provided drawings. Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES CNC PROGRAMMER Education Experience: 1 2 years' experience in CNC Programming Other Qualifications and Requirements Prior milling, plasma and various types of plate machines Pronest Software or other nesting software AutoCad Software PHYSICAL DEMANDS Sitting 90% Walking and standing 10% Requires using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools or controls Ability to view computer monitor Frequent alpha/numeric keyboarding
