Responsibilities
This position processes, organizes, and communicates financial aid awards and documentation primarily to online students. This position also works alongside the Student Accounts Office and maintains student financial aid files. This position will work with current and prospective students to find financial aid solutions and complete financial aid processes.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should have strong organizational skills, work well with others, pay close attention to detail, and have great customer service skills. This person should also have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office. Ability to maintain confidentiality is required. Work related experience or a bachelor’s degree preferred.
