Responsibilities

Greets and assists customers in an enthusiastic and courteous manner. 2. Provides outstanding customer service. 3. Operates cash register to complete different payment transactions (cash, check, credit cards and charges). 4. Refunds cash or issues credit to customers for returned merchandise. 5. Utilizes various selling techniques to increase sales and meet minimum promotion requirements. 6. Assists with merchandising efforts, displays and floor moves as needed. 7. Utilizes customer focused selling skills, add-on selling, closing skills and other sales generating skills. 8. Stocks and cleans the store for the best sales appearance and ease of use for the customer. 9. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. 10. Prepares a variety of foods following approved procedures. 11. Cleans and sanitizes kitchen areas, equipment, utensils, dishes and silverware. 12. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS ª Excellent customer service skill required. ª Must possess commitment to excellence and high standards. ª Ability to maintain friendly demeanor when working under pressure required. ª Must be able to manage priorities and workflow. ª Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm required. ª Must be able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. ª Professional appearance and demeanor required. ª Must be a creative, flexible and an innovative team player. ª Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals required. ª Must possess the ability to write routine reports and correspondence. ª Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists required. ª Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form required.
