Crew - Service and Kitchen Positions

Responsibilities

SERVICE: 

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience 

• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals 

• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun 

• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic 

• May be involved in some food prep activities (fries, salads, etc.) but no cooking in the kitchen is required 

• Prepare all of McDonald's World Famous Food 

• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun 

• Maintaining all food safety standards 

• No direct contact with customers is required, although you still need to present a professional image at all times
