Grace Staehr

Grace Staehr joined the York County Development Corporation (YCDC) in December 2025 as the Economic Development Coordinator. She brings a creative mindset and a strong background in digital marketing, having studied marketing and sales in Guayaquil, Ecuador. With a deep passion for marketing and communication, Grace enjoys staying current with trends and using strategic storytelling to create meaningful connections.
Grace has called York home for nearly a decade. Her professional experience in the community has given her valuable insight into how small businesses operate in a rural market. She has worked closely with business owners, managers, employees, and customers—supporting efforts ranging from website development and branding projects to marketing strategy and day-to-day communications. These experiences have shaped her understanding of what it truly takes for businesses to grow and succeed in York County.
