Communicating During Uncertain Times

One of my favorite Advanced Economic Developers Leadership Program faculty members, Dr. Ed Nichols, has prepared a short “Communicating Through Uncertainty” guide and I thought it might be helpful as you craft communication messages in the coming days and weeks.  Dr. Nichols’ communicating in uncertain times is based on his Emergenetics sessions during both AEDL weeks.
