Responsibilities
Cleaning all dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations. Washing, chopping, shredding and grating ingredients for use in preparing and cooking dishes. Sweeping and mopping floors, as needed. Additional duties as the candidate becomes familiar with "R" kitchen and procedures.
