Responsibilities
Process Real Estate Loans: Process initial loan applications, order appraisals, credit reports, title insurance, pest inspections, etc. Prepare loan documents using MortgageBot software. Prepare documents for closings. Process final documents after closing. Input loan information into system. Prepare files for transfer to investor. File and perfect liens.
Qualifications
Equivalent to a high school education. Two years’ work experience preferred. Working knowledge of personal computer (Microsoft Office). Accurate work with numbers. Use of general office machines. Ability to interact effectively with customers, management and co-workers. Sound judgment, courtesy, tact and diplomacy is a must.
