Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
● Lead HVAC installation teams and oversee project execution
● Perform advanced diagnostics and high-level service work
● Handle commercial projects, commissioning, and start-ups
● Train, mentor, and guide junior and intermediate technicians
● Ensure quality control, safety, and customer satisfaction
● Coordinate with ownership on project timelines and needs

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For
● 5+ years of HVAC service
● Strong leadership and communication skills
● High-level troubleshooting and diagnostic expertise
● EPA certified or able to obtain within 30 days of employment.
● Ability to read plans, understand sequence of operations, and coordinate jobs
● Professionalism, reliability, and pride in workmanship
