Responsibilities
Field Assistants will monitor crews, inspect see fields (walking across fields and establishing detasseling percentages), Operating field equipment such as moving or staging personnel carriers or Porta Pots.
Field safety techs will verify that detasseling workers have all proper PPE and assist with basic first aid.
Communicate with call nurse if questions or regarding serious injury or illness.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age and willing to work extended hours, weekends and in all weather environments.
Must have a valid driver's license and good reliable transportation.
Must be able to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time.
