Responsibilities

What You'll Learn & Do

As a Welder Apprentice, you will work alongside our Welding Supervisor and Quality Team to develop your skills and gain certifications while supporting production work.

You will learn how to:

• Set up and operate welding equipment
• Weld steel components using the GMAW process
• Read blueprints and interpret weld symbols
• Follow Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)
• Measure and position materials accurately
• Use fabrication tools like grinders, plasma cutters, and oxy-fuel equipment
• Safely move materials using forklifts and overhead cranes
• Maintain quality standards and safe work practices

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a highly skilled welder through real-world experience.
