Responsibilities

At Klute, our Parts Prep / Cleaners / Stagers play a critical role in keeping production moving and setting our welders and fabricators up for success. If you enjoy working with your hands, staying active, and being part of a team, this is a great place to start-and grow. 

What You'll Do: 

Clean and prep steel parts for welding and fabrication 

Grind off rust, mill scale, slag, and burrs 

Use hand tools and shop equipment (saws, drills, shears, etc.) 

Sort, organize, and stage materials for production 

Move materials using forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided) 

Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards 

Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized

Qualifications

What We're Looking For: 

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn 

Comfortable working in a shop environment 

Attention to detail and pride in your work 

Ability to stay active throughout the day 

Team player with a focus on safety and quality
