We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Air Duct Technician to join our team. This role involves inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining air duct systems to ensure optimal indoor air quality and system efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. 

Prior experience in HVAC or duct cleaning is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to develop specialized skills within the indoor air quality industry.

Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities

  • Inspect air duct systems for damage, mold, or debris buildup
  • Clean and sanitize air ducts using specialized tools and equipment
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues within ductwork systems
  • Install new ductwork components or repair existing systems as needed
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and industry regulations
  • Document work performed and communicate findings to clients effectively
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment after each job
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating with clients

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC or related field is a plus
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
  • Prior experience in duct cleaning, HVAC, or related trades is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Willingness to learn new techniques and adhere to safety protocols
