Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to maintenance department.
Schedule service vendor visits including safety orientation and confirmation of work completed.
Organize maintenance work orders for efficient projects, repairs, and preventative maintenance to minimize production downtime.
Manage procurement, accounts payable, parts inventory, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s License (To be eligible to drive a company car, your driving record must meet guidelines based on the company’s Risk Screening for Hiring Drivers – MVR will be reviewed as part of pre-employment screening.)
