Countryside Estates to Host Community Open House on December 4

York County residents, businesses, and prospective homeowners are invited to tour new housing options at the Countryside Estates Open House on Thursday, December 4, 2025, from 4:00–6:00 p.m with a ribbon cutting at 4:15. This family-friendly event will showcase recently completed spec homes, available lots, and opportunities to customize a future home in one of York’s growing neighborhoods.

Located just northeast of Mincks Park on 15th Street, Countryside Estates continues to expand York’s housing options with modern designs, convenient access, and proximity to local amenities. Families will appreciate being within minutes of York Elementary School, York Middle School, York High School, Minck's Park including playground equipment, the Frisbee golf course and the York Aquatic Center, and close to the York Ball field Complex.

During the open house, attendees can walk through the spec homes built by Hillcrest Homes and Champion Homes, explore lot layouts, and learn more about customizing a home that fits their needs. Representatives from Hillcrest Homes and Champion will be onsite to answer questions about construction, customization options, timelines, and available lots and plans.

Local realtors and bankers are also encouraged to attend to learn more about the development, view available homes, and gather resources to better support clients interested in new construction opportunities.
