Keynote Speaker: Maggie Thorne

Maggi is an 9-time top competitor on American Ninja Warrior, renowned as the second mom to conquer the Warped Wall and the first to master the Salmon Ladder. After a decade leading, designing, and managing $340 million in construction projects—including building stadiums and arenas for the Nebraska Athletic Department—Maggi felt called to shift her focus from building buildings to building people. She exemplifies resilience and determination, finishing second at the World's Toughest Mudder by running 75 miles and completing 334 obstacles within 24 hours. As a former Mrs. International, Maggi traveled the globe advocating for the underrepresented and underserved, distributing over 200,000 pounds of supplies across 12 countries. Her efforts were made possible through strategic partnerships with professional sports teams, major corporations, and government organizations. In 2023, Maggi broke the USATF American Record in the 4x400 Masters Relay, showcasing her ongoing athletic excellence. She has also served as an international spokesperson for two 5-star Charity Navigator non-profits, helping raise over $3 million through capital campaigns and her public platform as an influencer for good. Known for her signature hot pink bow—a symbol that dreams can come true at any age—Maggi’s commitment to empowering others extended to her role as Partner Success Strategist for CareerPathway.com. In this capacity, she developed programs to help individuals achieve rewarding careers, fostered a more diverse economic workforce, and even spearheaded the launch of an AI conference along with the 2025 Nebraska Governor's Youth Summit. She is now helping CareerPathway.com to bridge the gap between youth and top industries to empower leadership in the workforce as Chief Strategy Officer! Maggi’s greatest joy comes from inspiring others alongside her three children, who often travel the country with her. Together, they explore America and serve its communities, encouraging people everywhere to Never Give Up!

The 6 industries that we will have represented are:

  3. Communications & Information Systems
  4. Business, Marketing & Management

In addition to the above clusters, we will have panelists representing professionals in Education and Manufacturing.
