Are you highly organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering great customer experiences? Join our team as a Retail Sales Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in both day-to-day store operations and supporting our long-term growth.
This hands-on role involves everything from inventory and order fulfillment to sales outreach and marketing coordination.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, Alternating Saturday schedule required (retail hours)
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
🔹 Manage and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and accuracy
🔹 Fulfill orders with care and efficiency for pickup and delivery
🔹 Deliver excellent in-store, phone, and online customer service
🔹 Build relationships with local restaurants, caterers, and businesses
🔹 Support sales initiatives and identify growth opportunities
🔹 Coordinate with our marketing partner to align messaging and promotions
🔹 Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail space
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✔️ Excellent communication (written and verbal)
✔️ Friendly, self-starter with a customer-first attitude
✔️ Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Ability to lift [30–50 lbs.] and stand for extended periods
✔️ Familiarity with beef products is a bonus—but we’ll train the right person!
