Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day shop operations
Oversee workflow, scheduling, and job prioritization
Train, mentor, and hold team members accountable
Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and cleanliness
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in a shop environment
Strong mechanical background (diesel preferred)
Knowledge of electrical systems (trailer lights, etc)
Solid computer skills (work orders, Excel, scheduling)
Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines
CDL A or B (preferred) or ability to obtain DOT certification
Clean driving record
