YC3 is excited to continue expanding our services and is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Community Coach.

This position is ideal for someone who has a genuine desire to make a difference, positively impact our community, and serve as a driving force behind YC3’s growing coaching services.

As a Community Coach, you will work directly with youth, adults, and families to help them overcome barriers and achieve their goals. Coaching services are individualized and may focus on employment, education, housing stability, parenting skills, budgeting, life skills, transportation, and other areas that contribute to long-term success and self-sufficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Providing one-on-one coaching and support to clients of all ages.
  • Facilitating group coaching sessions, workshops, and activities.
  • Assisting clients in setting goals, developing action plans, and connecting with community resources.
  • Supporting YC3’s Youth Initiative through planning, coordination, and youth engagement activities.
  • Building positive relationships with community partners and service providers.
  • Attending monthly board meetings, YC3 coalition meetings, and subgroup meetings as requested.
  • Participating in community outreach, presentations, and events.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and client records.
  • Supporting the continued growth and development of YC3 programs and services.
