General Laborer

Qualifications

● Willingness and ability to perform manual work following verbal and/or written instructions 

● Must be able to frequently lift up to 65 lbs independently, push/pull up to 100 lbs, and team lift up to 100 lbs. 

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, engineers, and subcontractors. 

● Proven track record of safety leadership, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. 

● Must be able to work in extreme climates in both Summer/Winter weather year-round 

● Candidates must have reliable means of transportation to and from work daily for consistent timeliness and attendance
