Schedule

This is a full-time leadership position that requires flexibility, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and attendance at club events. During peak golf season, longer hours may be required to support clubhouse operations and member activities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and clubhouse events
  • Hire, train, schedule, and support front-of-house and back-of-house team members
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on excellent service
  • Plan and coordinate member events, tournaments, banquets, and special occasions
  • Work closely with the Board of Directors to support financial goals and operational success
  • Monitor budgets, inventory, and overall clubhouse performance
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, liquor, and health regulations
  • Promote club activities and events through social media and other communication channels
  • Collaborate with the golf and kitchen teams to create memorable experiences for members and guests

Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience in hospitality, food service, or event management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A hands-on leadership style with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
  • Experience managing teams and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Budgeting or operational management experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred but not required
